Highly recommend BFT Unley! After moving from Perth to Adelaide recently, I started searching for a lovely training studio with crèche. The trainers have been so welcoming since I joined and the programs are easy to follow! Fantastic facilities. My 3yo daughter loves the crèche and can see me workout from where she is. I’m very fortunate to have found such a lovely fitness community that is friendly, motivated and fun! Sarah
Great fitness community! I joined recently after many years on my own at the gym. Biggest change was that I didn’t need to think about the workouts. Everything is carefully planned out by Meg and the trainers and you just need to turn up and train! 5:15am classes are something I’ve wanted to do for a while and it doesn’t disappoint. Would highly recommend BFT Unley!
