BFT Truganina has been incredible. I joined as an absolute beginner and always felt supported. The coaches are fantastic, the members push you in all the right ways, and the vibe is consistently positive. Couldn’t ask for a better community to train with.
Incredibly unprofessional experience. I received 8 points of contact (calls/texts) within a 3-minute window today. This type of 'hustle' is overwhelming and reflects poorly on the business's respect for a customer's time and boundaries. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I highly recommend BFT Truganina. It is an awesome gym experience with a wonderful team of coaches led by Lauren. Their kindness, support and constant encouragement is second to none. The culture is so very welcoming and inclusive.

The community here is amazing, it’s welcoming, motivating, and makes you look forward to coming in every day.
