I’ve been to many BFTs across Victoria, and BFT Torquay definitely lives up to its reputation for friendliness, community and genuinely caring for its members. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Walking in not knowing anyone, I felt part of the community from the very first session and left already eager to come back for another one! Couldn’t recommend BFT Torquay enough 💪🏼
This workout space is by far the best on the Surf Coast! The coaches are absolutely awesome, and the training programs can be adapted to suit every individual. I’m a sports coach myself, and this is the place I go to get my training fix. Highly recommend BFT Torquay!
BFT has the most effective program I have found in a gym, (and I've been to a lot!). The trainers can tell you how and why the different exercises build a strong fit body, which gives real purpose to every session. BFT Torquay has all that knowledgeable professionalism, and also make every session fun as they are such an awesome team of trainers!
We moved to Torquay 9 months ago. I tried a few gyms in the area to meet some connections and to get back into my fitness. I walked into a few and knew it wasn’t for me. As soon as I walked into BFT I felt the welcome from not only the trainers but the other people that I have trained alongside with. I was never comfortable doing weights at a gym as I was unfamiliar with the correct techniques. I have learned so much with my training and the trainers continue to push me and keep me accountable. Thanks BFT Torquay.
