Have loved attending the last 3 years, it was such a great place to challenge myself but also find a community that shared the same values. I was supported through my whole pregnancy to train while they adapted everything for how i felt on any particular day. I cant wait to get back to it after bub :)
We love our BFT Community here in Torquay! The trainers are encouraging and the support they give you is fantastic. Especially Trent, Rhi and Henry! The energy levels are always high first thing in the morning and the staff are very professional . The changing classes ensure that you never get bored!

Highly recommend BFT. No matter your fitness level or age, you'll feel welcome. Trent and the team are friendly and inclusive, creating a supportive atmosphere that makes every session fun. The social aspect of BFT is great – I've made some great friends. My fitness levels have significantly improved, thanks to their focus on both weights training and challenging cardio workouts. If you're looking for a place that pushes you while making you feel part of a community, BFT is the best.
Great programming, even better community. Turn up do your work and don’t even think about it.
