BFT Takapuna is hands down the BEST gym on the Shore! Ben has built an incredible community that’s supportive, uplifting, and full of good vibes and banter. I’ve been training here for nearly three years, and the workouts constantly push me to reach my full potential. Joining BFT Takapuna for the first time was a bit nerve-wracking—I didn’t know a soul there! I thought my friend went to the same gym, only to find out they were hitting up a different location. This branch of BFT is a stand out. There are plenty of instructors and they are really motivational. Ben who manages the studio takes a real interest in his customers and their journey. I've been coming back here for some time now. 'Just do it!'
