Hi, it's Lael! BFT Shepparton is a very homely gym with a tight knit community. The coaches know everyone by name and it's not something I observed in other BFTs i'd visited in the past (Australia and Hongkong). This makes me feel very included and special. BFT Shepparton also takes initiatitve to create activities outside the basic classes. I think it is what sets them apart from other commercial gyms or other BFTs. Run club and Bingo card came has been my favorite so far.
I’ve been a member at BFT Shepparton for a long time and honestly feel like part of the furniture. The community is so welcoming and the coaches are incredibly supportive. We are lucky to have such a great team here. There are so many different strength and cardio classes that you’re never bored. Every session is challenging, fun and pushes me to be my best. I’m the fittest I’ve ever been thanks to BFT and I couldn’t recommend it more highly.
I love my BFT studio! The workouts are always challenging and rewarding, but what makes it so special is the community. The coaches are supportive, and the members are great. Couldn’t recommend BFT enough!

I am struggle with weight loss, lack of motivation after my 3rd pregnancy. But everything change after I joined BFT Shepparton. Alway feel welcome everytime I step into the gym. The good community vibe and positive energy in the gym alway make me pursuit my best effort during the workouts.
