The first time i arrived here i was really nervous bcz as a beginner i have not much knowledge but BFT really is more than anybody can ask in terms of body training and the staff is just amazing. They are soo professional, educated and supportive. Love this gym! I trained here for 5 days when I’m back visiting until go back to UK & absolutely loved it! People are super friendly, coaches are great and the energy is awesome. If I was staying longer, I’d make this my home/regular gym for sure. Highly recommend.

I’ve been training at BFT studios since 2023 and have dropped into Cranbourne West a few times over the years , the vibe here is something else! The community aspect is unreal. Everyone is super welcoming, and it’s just a great place to train. No matter your fitness level, you feel included. We all train hard, have fun, and make new friends along the way. Absolutely love the energy here, tt’s what kept me coming back and now here to stay
