I can not recommend BFT Rockingham enough. Having tried several gyms over the years I haven’t seen a more welcoming or professional team than BFT Rockingham. After 10 weeks of training I am seeing better results than I have ever seen. The team are all exceptional, welcoming and work with members at all levels. BFT Rockingham has changed my life after a decade sitting on the couch. Encouraged by a friend and former professional athlete to give it a shot, the last six months have transformed me both physically and mentally, helping me build healthy habits in all areas of my life. This is in no small part thanks to the staff and members - all of whom are welcoming, knowledgeable, encouraging, and most of all, completely devoid of ego. I can’t recommend it enough.
