The coaches are always informative on technique and can offer you nutritional advice to coincide with your training program: The community are supportive, and encouraging and each class brings great energy. It’s My happy place!! Highly recommend BFT riverstone. Best decision I ever made
BFT Riverstone is absolutely amazing! The group energy here is unmatched — everyone is so supportive and motivating, it really pushes you to give your best every session. The coaches are incredible — knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. It’s such a positive and encouraging environment filled with great people. I always leave feeling stronger and inspired. Hands down the best place to train!
BFT Riverstone has made my relationship with the gym a positive one. The ease of pre set up classes, easy to follow workouts, trainers to push you and an amazing community of members, makes coming to train easy and enjoyable. I genuinely look forward to each of the classes, and seeing the members/trainers who are now my good friends, which I’ve never been lucky enough to experience at other gyms until now. Would highly recommend 🤩
I absolutely love BFT Riverstone! The trainers are so friendly, motivating and supportive they make every session enjoyable while still pushing you to do your best. The workouts are always fun and challenging, and the community vibe is so positive. I actually look forward to every class!
