I have been struggling to find a gym that has what I need and came across BFT. The trainers are AMAZING! Linda, Stacey and Ajay!!! The variety of classes are great with a good mix of cardio and strength. I love the programming where classes get progressively harder over the month. This gym is amazing!!! I joined at another location as it was more convenient however I regular train here also! The coaches are brilliant and have great fun with us while training! They also try to help you in any way they can and go that extra mile to make sure you get the most out of the work out. Love this place 🩷
