Best gym I’ve ever been to so far, trainers are so good and push you to the limit, happy environment and friendly
The gym is clean, the staff are lovely and there is a great variety of programs to choose from. I personally enjoy the Cardio U program the best
I’ve been to 2 BFT gyms and this one is far better. The owner and the coach Linda are friendly and fantastic. She really encourages you to get the best out of the session, which can also be tailored to beginners. The vibe and BFT community are really friendly and welcoming. Bonus there is an area to bring my small kids to hang out.
I’ve been attending BFT Ramsgate and had an unfortunate experience with one of the trainers, Sam. During a session, I finished an exercise just a few seconds early, and he commented, “it’s always the chubby friend in the group.” Whether it was meant as a joke or not, it was extremely unprofessional and discouraging. Comments like that have no place in a fitness environment that should be supportive, inclusive, and motivating for people of all body types and fitness levels.
