Awesome crew and a very friendly environment.
The Preston branch of BFT is one I'm really lucky to be a part of and I think it is a really well run gym with such a lovely owner, Trish, and her great team, too numerous to mention here but all of them are professional and respectful. I received a warm welcome when I joined, which I think is really important. The trainers are super friendly, approachable, and always bring a positive energy. There’s also a welcoming, community vibe. Definitely recommend to anyone!

I’ve been going to BFT Preston for 2 years and 9 months. I stick to it because all I need to do is book in and show up, and everything else is done for me. The trainers are always warm and friendly and since you see the same people nearly every day there is a real community feel. The new owners are dedicated to making positive changes, some of which the members have been asking for for a long time! 10/10 would recommend
