BFT is a great place for beginners new to working out and lifting! The coaches are super helpful in preventing injury and improving form. The classes provide challenges for yourself to keep advancing as you lift heavier. Plus, the members are super friendly and motivating!

BFT is a very welcoming gym with phenomenal owners, managers, and coaches. It’s a good mix of strength training mixed with good cardio sessions. I enjoy the group training style and it makes getting up in the morning easier when you have a group to workout with.
Fitness is a big part of my life and this group fitness, class based gym had very experienced staff that also provided individualized coaching through class. It really felt like a 1-on-1 which I really appreciate. I’m in the healthcare field and data is important to me to know my baseline and what I need to work on for my fitness and health goals and I did an evolt scan and really liked that.
