BFT Ocean Grove run very good programs, and the staff are incredibly helpful/ friendly :))
For me, BFT OG is my "me time" space, where I can give 100% focus, energy, strength, form and support to being the best possible version of myself. BFT offers such a friendly, supportive and pro community that you are urged to feel the ability to just "do you"!!!

It changes you, it challenges you, it makes you stronger in more ways than one. BFT OG is not just a gym it’s a community and a family that caters for everyone, is super welcoming and supportive!
