BFT Oakleigh has been eye opening to how powerful group training can be for motivation, moral and reaching your goals. Excellent coaches each with there own expertise to ensure your supported in a safe and effective training model. The heart rates/zones on screen is a excellent in time representation of effort and the comradery of the BFT Oakleigh community is second to none.

I highly recommend BFT Oakleigh! The trainers are supportive, knowledgeable and friendly, there is a community feel amongst members and the space is fantastic (plenty of room and quality equipment).
