I've recently joined BFT and would highly recommend anyone giving it a go. I have been training with similar formats for the past 8 years and there is something about the absolute intention of the BFT workouts and focus on technique that make them stand apart. I always look forward to class, even when I know it will be rough! There is a wonderful and welcoming community vibe that I knew was for me straight away. You won't regret saying yes.
BFT North Lakes staff are very professional and supportive. The staff are friendly and eager to assist with the training. Just completed 4 weeks, and it's the first time I have enjoyed going to the gym in a long time. Best decision I made.
I actually look forward to going to gym now! I was super nervous heading back to the gym after about 6 years off. Knowing my fitness levels were at an all time low and I was lacking some serious motivation.
