I started training at BFT Noosa January 2022 after overhearing a Dad at Little Nippers telling another Dad how much his wife loved her new gym, its community, and the awesome progress his wife had made. I was looking to join a gym at the time and was feeling overwhelmed by so many choices in my area. I was also feeling a little bit intimidated because I wasn’t muscular, toned or even very fit. One of the best gyms I've ever attended in 20+ years of training. Well-balanced programs covering all aspects of fitness. Experienced coaches with a strong focus on technique and a great sense of humour and care factor. Excellent, spacious set-up. Friendly member vibe. Nothing not to love! Twelve months on, and I wouldn't change a thing! It's still the best gym ever.
