After attending and then taking a break over late pregnancy/newborn life, I’m back!!! I love BFT and still love it as much as ever. Such a wonderful community of like minded humans. The crèche is the best thing for me as a mum- I can book in the kids and get a workout done without hassle
Bft is amazing, supportive envorment highly recommend. Seeing results faster in my sort time training And the 8 week challange is so amazing. Extra gym sessions fantastic support team. The bft managment is amazing the staff wanna see you succeed. If u want a change and push yourself this is for u
Have loved training at BFT Noarlunga. Always high energy and trainers are friendly. Crèche is a massive bonus! Definitely recommend checking them out :)
