The little kids gated play area and egg chair were a bonus for me. Coaches were welcoming and helpful in understanding the workout. Would come often if it wasn’t far from my area but still a nice drive. Thank you for having me.
After having been at BFT about a month I couldn’t be more pleased. It is such a bright and beautiful space to work out in and the trainers and other people that go there are great. I have never felt awkward going to any of their classes like at other places 👌
