Rude and unfit staff . Why would you want to train here . Might want to practice what you preach
Have been a member since December 2024, and have loved every moment of it. The sessions are a good mixture so not always doing the same thing each time multiple days in a row. Noticed a big difference in my overall fitness since starting. Its a very friendly place and very welcoming to everyone regardless of the reasons why you are coming or your current fitness level. Would recommend everyone to give it a go
