Staff don’t know how to do their jobs. Unfriendly and unresponsive to emails.
Useless staff. Absolute nightmare to deal with. Snobby and rude.
Horrible, rude staff. Would never pay to come here.
Been training here a few weeks and really enjoying it. Good support from the trainers. Henry always follows up on the injuries etc which is nice. Seems to be a variety of classes weekly and good selection of class times available for those who are limited on time to train like myself.
