Great studio and trainers! Getting a bit of everything everyday in terms of training with the most friendly faces.
Even though I usually prefer other training styles like CrossFit and I’m not a big fan of functional training classes, since day one Stefan and his team have made me feel very welcome. They always take the time to answer my questions and give clear instructions during the sessions. I really enjoy BFT – they have great equipment and amazing coaches. 😊💪 For me, the best sessions are the ones that mix strength and cardio training!
Great mix of really hard HIIT/cardio and strength that gets every drop of sweat out of your soul. Coaches are super friendly and supportive. Also like the HR monitoring and the focus on working on specific zones
Big fan of this place! Everyone’s super welcoming and the instructors push you to be your best, especially Stefan.
Lovely coaches and community, and every session is different and challenging in a new way so you never get bored!
