Brilliant atmosphere - I’ve been in group style training for a while now and tried few different gyms, none have stacked up to BFT Mayfield. The trainers really know their stuff, there’s a good vibe at all times, and it’s not cliquey like other group fitness gyms. I’ve seen huge results so far from my BFT journey. If you’re on the fence, rip the bandaid off and give it a go, you’ll thank yourself for it.

I joined BFT Mayfield 2 years ago after having never been one to go to the gym previously and it has since become a really important part of my week to get to sessions. I’ve always found it to be an incredibly welcoming place to be, and a place where questions are encouraged to ensure you are training safely and to the best of your ability. I came to BFT after regularly attending functional classes elsewhere, the coaches were immediately so helpful in improving my technique, and I’ve noticed huge improvements in my strength and fitness. All the staff are super welcoming and the community is great. The 8 week challenges run a few times per year and are an awesome motivator, I also love that the nutrition plan takes the thinking out of meal prep!
