Mel, Simon and the team are fantastic and genuinely have an interest in helping you build your health and fitness. BFT Maroubra is a great gym and super friendly, they have a great culture. To date, it has been my favourite gym that I have been apart of and I am sad to leave (I have moved out of the area and travel a lot) if I ever come back east side I will definitely be back.
The atmosphere is always fun and energetic, with a great sense of community. The staff are incredibly supportive and welcoming — they make you feel comfortable, no matter your fitness level. It’s a great place to stay motivated and enjoy working out. Highly recommend!
BFT is a fantastic gym. Very inclusive. I joined this gym when I moved to Sydney from Ireland and it kept me motivated and focused with the variety of classes. All gym instructors were so helpful and kind, I will really miss the gym when I move back to Ireland! Thank you everyone at BFT.
Absolutely loved training at BFT Maroubra! Simon and the team were fantastic, super professional, encouraging, and made every session enjoyable.
