I was really nervous before joining BFT Lilydale. I recently left another gym when I needed to change to the early morning sessions to fit around work. My alarm would go off and I’d hit the snooze button and miss my session. I don’t do that with BFT, I plan the night before and when my alarm goes off I’m up and out the door looking forward to my morning session. The community is so welcoming, supportive and encouraging
I’ve been a member of BFT for almost 5 years now and have loved it. The fact I get into the gym at 5:15am and leave feeling a great with a sense of achievement before the day as "begun" motivates me to keep going back. The crew and members make it very easy at the crack of dawn. Highly recommended for someone wanting to push themselves and not have to worry about thinking about the week ahead program wise... it’s done for you.
