Really enjoying BFT Ippy!! love the mix of workouts, with strength training sessions being my fav. The cardio workouts really push you out of your comfort zone, which is what I needed. I am really seeing and feeling the gains I have now and continue to make. If you’re looking for a place that helps you with your form, this is it!!
