It’s been 2 months now & I should say I am still motivated to wake up @4.30 AM & hit the gym . The trainers are awesome and they have a great community. The daily workout is not monotonous and it keeps you challenging. Love it

A different kind of gym. Great for structure, routine, and the variety of training you get exposed to. Having coaches who positively guide you through training and fitness really helps, especially if you need a bit of a push with self-motivation. Highly recommend.
