Love training at BFT north geelong, good crew good atmosphere. The classes are great with 8 week blocks getting progressively harder over the 8 weeks. And coach’s always there to give you an extra push or alternative if you can’t do something
A wonderful and welcoming gym community. Roy has a passion for his job and it really shows. The gym space is open and a great flow. The perfect place to kick start any fitness journey!
Great studio, one of the best BFTs I've been to in terms of natural light and space. Very welcoming as a visitor, even kitted me out with training shorts that I forgot to pack! Thanks again
