Started BFT mid Jan and can honestly say it has been fantastic. Feeling incredibly welcomed and supported by each coach, it has made coming to the gym fun and challenging in all the right ways. I am a few weeks off completing my first challenge and again have been throughly supported throughout the journey. BFT Frankston has a great environment and brilliant community, big credit to the coaches highly recommend

I only have positive things to say about BFT Frankston. I joined just over two months ago and have loved the group classes and teaching style. The culture is wonderful and everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I never went zym but when I joined here they trained me very well and I am really enjoying here. I m coming from Cranbourne to Frankston because of their good service, they really take care of all .
