Have been training with BFT Frankston since January and all I can say is what a crew and awesome community! Fully structured training and a bunch of epic coaches that have absolutely helped me achieve my personal goals!
This has been a great experience in my first month, super trainers who know what they are doing, ego free, positive bunch of people. I am feeling really supported to try the new class types and new exercises. No lock in contracts either!! Happy to be there!!
From the minute I walked in, I was made to feel welcome by the coaches, and by all who are training. Everyone is so friendly and it is always such a fun and encouraging environment. Coach Tu, Kyla, Sam, Rachelle and Ash are amazing. They know their stuff and are never shy to push you when they know you can push a bit harder! As a mum of three, it is an hour I give to myself but when I need to have the kids there, everyone is also welcoming of this. One big happy family! Thanks team, love training with you all!
Such an amazing community, everyone is so welcoming. The manager, Tu, is exceptional at what he does. All the staff are lovely and supportive. Before joining, I felt so intimated at the thought of it, but trust me, there is no need to feel that way!
