Unfortunately the experience was good and service was positive for over 4 months paying weekly fee until I joined my 2nd challenge (extra fee) and changed my mind to withdraw due to work (no impact to them as first day) they did not allow this and charged me for it anyway with no discussion on refund. I left immediately and so disappointed with this service.
