Fantastic group fitness gym. Great instructors, especially for new starters/ people that have lost confidence with the gym or getting back into exercise. The trainers Sersh, Chris and Shari are wonderful to work with, down to earth and are mindful of where you are in your journey. They are helpful in correcting and improving your form and always providing tips and tricks along the way. I started here through ClassPass and then cancelled that to stick to BFT Fitzroy alone. Officially leaving 1 star for each reason I now accidentally love this gym: 1️⃣ One star for the staff being way too friendly. I came in hoping to hide behind a treadmill and instead got welcomed like family. Rude. 2️⃣ One star for the location — right in the heart of Fitzroy. What a gym, what a community. If you’re looking for the perfect hybrid classes with the best mix of weight lifting and cardio, this is the one! Love Chris, Shari, Sarina and the rest of the team as they have helped me push hard towards my fitness and body goals! TY
Great for fitness, but also great for mental health
I’ve tried other group fitness classes before and none of them hit like BFT Fitzroy. The trainers are so knowledgeable, welcoming and encouraging. You’ll also meet people in every class!
