I did a trial at BFT to see if I was able to build a morning routine to get a workout in before work on my days in the office. I ended up joining and have found myself coming in regardless because I enjoy it so much. The program blocks they develop are unlike any other gym - there is a lot of thought and purpose of each phase. I've joined BFT on Exhibition st Melbourne for 3 weeks and i can only say good things about it. Adelene, the trainer, is exceptional. She knows how to motivate and push you towards your fitness goals. I've seen good progress since joining and I'm getting fitter and more excited than ever for my next surf trip. If you're looking for a place to get fit, stay motivated, BFT is the way to go. Highly recommended!
