I joined BFT Epping 5 months ago and have had an amazing experience so far. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive and genuinely care about helping you improve while teaching proper techniques for safe and effective training. The welcoming community and great energy make it a place I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy fitness and see results!!

Great experience at BFT Epping coaches are supportive, motivates you and checks on you as you going tĥrough the different exercises. Would highly recommend BFT for any fitness level.
BFT Epping has simply just been amazing! I joined around July last year and was very apprehensive about joining BUT just after one session, I was hooked! I've been with BFT Epping for 1 year. It's turned my life around. The classes are perfectly created for strength, cardio and conditioning. I don't have to think about it and just turn up to class and have a great workout. The community created is amazing, have friends to go through the classes together makes turning up easy.
