Absolutely loving BFT Epping It’s the place to be with a variety of classes that target your whole body I have 6 gyms in my area , I choose BFT Epping for the amazing and very welcoming owners Elsa and Brian and of course the phenomenal coaches especially kyle who pushes u through a workout safely, correcting my form and technique

So much for customer loyalty. Only valued when you’re paying. The moment I wasn’t a member, I was unfollowed on Instagram.
