I have tried and tested multiple gyms but none have made me feel so welcomed and a part of a supportive community like BFT Epping has. I willingly travel 30 mins to train here because the outcome of training here is not just gains, but genuine joy! The coaches love to hear how you are feeling every day and will push you to be your best or support you when injured and need to dial it back. BFT Epping is honestly something special From the second I walked in, I just knew this was where I wanted to train. There’s such a great atmosphere here. It’s welcoming, motivating, and just has that good vibe that makes you want to show up. The gym is super spacious and always spotless. The equipment is brand new and really well looked after. Good gym, elsa and Brian are good people. Enjoyed the Sesh's I went there for,just sucks I had to retire from bft cos of my slipped disc in my back got pretty bad, ah well such is life..
BFT Epping is an incredible place to train! Elsa and Brian have created such a welcoming, high-energy environment where the coaches genuinely care about helping you improve. Every session feels motivating and fun, you walk out stronger and happier every time. Couldn’t recommend them more!
