I can’t say enough good things about BFT Epping. The trainers and people are so friendly and supportive, and the facility is top-notch. Parking is a breeze, and the coffee after your workout is simply divine. If you are looking for a nice place to work out AND a community, look no further. 10/10, period.
Absolutely loving BFT Epping It’s the place to be with a variety of classes that target your whole body I have 6 gyms in my area , I choose BFT Epping for the amazing and very welcoming owners Elsa and Brian and of course the phenomenal coaches especially Wis who pushes u through a workout safely, correcting my form and technique
I wouldn't want to work out at 5:15am anywhere else! Joining BFT Epping at the beginning of 2025 has changed everything. I love how I feel after every session, I love the community and most of all I love the solid routine I have now. Thanks to the amazing coaches I feel stronger than ever and actually look forward to my morning workout and cheeky coffee (Thanks Elsa xx)
