Absolutely enjoy training at BFT. Probably the best way to workout. So much better than going to any gym. Great team members who bring in good energy and push you during the workout. Thanks BFT team
Been going to this BFT for a little over four months now and love it! The coaches are just amazing. The class variety means you can drop in any day and get something different but useful. Just an all round nice vibe and good times, the exercise bit is pretty good too.
