I genuinely look forward to the 8:45 am class with Katie and Heather! The workouts are challenging, fun and different, so you get a great mix of everything! The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging which makes the workouts enjoyable. The owners (Ben and Karie) have built something really special .
