I've been going to BFT Cranbourne for about a month now and it has been incredible! The trainers are amazing, they'll push you to go further but always check your form first. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive, it's always so much fun going to class, having a laugh, and not having to think about the workout you'll be doing as it's all planned!
My husband has been going to BFT Cranbourne for about 2 years & has done phenomenal, he’s lost weight, gotten fitter, stronger & has a lot more muscle definition. So i finally decided to give it a go a few weeks ago. It is the best decision i’ve ever made! I’ve already lost a few kilos, am a bit stronger & have fun while working out. Amazing and welcoming team and vibe! They really push your limits. We got hooked after one visit!
Recently started at BFT Cranbourne and is been such a great experience. Everyone is so welcoming, the coaches are so helpful. I'm honestly blown away by the extra mile the coaches take.
New to the club and everyone is so welcoming, I have a few injuries and the coaches are always happy to adjust the work outs to make it work for me.
