After taking a long break due to an injury I was anxious about joining a new gym where I didn’t know anyone and shopped around the area. I spoke to head trainer Kayra about the BFT concept and he provided all the information, was welcoming on my first class and regularly checked in during my trial class period. Amazing gym, great trainers and atmosphere, I love how the weekly classes are a mixture of both strength and cardio. 8 week challenges are great too! Highly recommend joining bft craigieburn
I am sooooo appreciative of BFT Cragieburn & the amazing coaches here. I used to run away from the word “burpee”, because I struggled & was scared to even do even one! LOL With that said, the coaches here have helped me overcome my own personal barriers I had built up for myself & now find myself doing ALOT more exercises/movements I talked myself into thinking I couldn’t do (including burpees! #winning #levelup).
