It's an absolute pleasure training at BFT Clyde North. I would highly recommend anyone, with or without any fitness level, to give BFT Clyde North a go. The coaches are highly knowledgeable and passionate about health & fitness. The gym atmosphere is extremely positive and would motivate anyone to reach their fitness goals!!

Highly recommend BFT Clyde North. I've been training here for over 4 months. This is a great place to train, spacious, clean and more than enough equipments that I can use. The team are passionate and excellent delivery of programmes. The people here are very respectful and friendly. I like the exercise programmes, it's challenging and progressive. Highly recommend BFT Clyde North. Great passionate team and excellent delivery of programmes. Hastle-free programmes, turn-up to sessions and just do it. Plenty of opportunities to push yourself and guided by coaches. Very respectful of what fitness level you are at and will push you to the next level. Excellent community to train in.
