Mind: Training keeps me mentally strong, and the incredible coaches help me stay focused. Soul: The friendships and connections I’ve made here truly make my soul smile.
Hands down the best Gym I’ve tried (and I’ve tried many!). Supportive coaches who correct your form and check in on you regularly, inclusive supportive community, variety of structured classes and programs, and aways focusing on your goals!
Honestly look forward to coming to BFT every day, the crew, the family, everything about it is so good and is the perfect environment to hit your goals!
