I was encouraged by my husband to join BFT. I witnessed his change in the last 8 months but I was hesitant whether I could handle the seemingly intensive training given I have suffered from tennis elbow and golf elbow for more than 6 months. I decided to give a go. Nate, Emily, Mads all coaches were brilliant and Nate said to me at the first session that “ everyone needs to start somewhere”. Now, I would like to highly recommend BFT to anyone who wants to get started. You will always find your starting point.

The team at Camberwell BFT are fantastic. They have created the perfect mix of friendly, funny and motivating in their approach to training. It's such a great environment to train in, highly recommend.
