Thanks BFT Caloundra for helping me keep my fitness up whilst holidaying at the Sunshine Coast! I am super impressed at how friendly the coaches and other gym members are. I want to highlight one of the coaches in particular, Shonel. As soon as we arrived, she shook our hands and introduced herself. Shonel brings a great energy and sense of humour and interacts thoughtfully with all of the members. Really enjoyed training here! Everyone is suuuuuuuper friendly. Good for all fitness levels, pushes you - but not intimidating like other gyms can be.
