The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help — they really make you feel welcome from day one. I also love the variety of classes offered — there’s something for everyone. The trainers are motivating and genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. The overall vibe is super positive and encouraging, which makes working out something I actually look forward to. Highly recommend BFT Burwood.
My partner and I recently joined BFT Burwood and cannot rate it highly enough. The trainers are always very friendly, providing plenty of motivation throughout the workouts and provide helpful feedback on technique. The group classes offer an inclusive and energetic atmosphere. We've had such a positive experience at BFT Burwood so far and can't recommend it highly enough to anyone looking to join!
