My partner and I recently joined BFT Burwood and cannot rate it highly enough. The trainers are always very friendly, providing plenty of motivation throughout the workouts and provide helpful feedback on technique. The group classes offer an inclusive and energetic atmosphere. We've had such a positive experience at BFT Burwood so far and can't recommend it highly enough to anyone looking to join!

I’ve been part of the Burwood studio for nearly two years and it’s been a wonderful experience. The coaching from the team is excellent, they’re always there to help and give guidance on form and technique. As well as a motivating cheer to get you through. There’s great variety in the exercises and format, which keeps it interesting and fun.
