The team led by Davey and Kat are incredible. I'd tried BFT before, but the community at BFT Brunswick is like no other. Even on the days I don't feel like training, the people and the social side keep me accountable and make it easy to show up. A special shout-out to Alex, whose energy is infectious. I cannot say anything negative about BFT Brunswick. From the moment I set foot in this gym, I felt comfortable, supported, and inspired.
