Good acoustics seats are terrible need a cushion nex t time
Awesome little gym, good workouts and nice trainers who know what they’re talking about. Particularly Abby and Ants are great! Alongside Peter the head trainer/club manager? He Is fantastic and very accommodating. You can tell he cares about his team, his members and the pride of Browns Bay BFT. My only downside is that unfortunately it’s not really set up for kids under the age of 4/5. Love the style and variety of the workouts. High quality equipment and great trainers. Nice community there too.
Don’t waste your time here, this gym has a LOT to work on. A coach made totally inappropriate comments, the admin takes so long they overcharged me twice with no apology and the environment can be pretty unwelcoming. I really wanted to like this gym, the classes are good and there are some lovely people but I am just so disappointed at so many aspects of it and will definitely not be going back. - On my first day, I was told that the gym’s goals were to make us look “toned” and “slim”. Really fantastic gym with a great team. Have thoroughly enjoyed my time there so far and would absolutely recommend it to anyone thinking about joining up!
