Really welcoming gym with a great atmosphere! The staff are super friendly, always happy to help, and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Clean facilities and a great place to train – highly recommend!
Long overdue review - I've been training at BFT since September 2024. When I first joined, I had never lifted a barbell in my life. In these 9 months, I've not just improved my fitness by a landslide, but also made amazing friends along the way. The community at this gym is unbeatable - everyone is so supportive and pushes each other in the best possible way. Big kudos to everyone in the BFT Braybrook team, both past and present, for creating such a wonderful gym culture. 💕💪🏽
The energy in this studio is great , positive vibes, supportive culture, and great people all around. The classes hit your fitness at 360 degree and super enjoyable, the coaches are always there to guide you, especially if you're unfamiliar with a movement. I've felt welcomed and supported since day one. Big shoutout to Alicia, Camillo , Anthony and the team for creating such a motivating space. Highly recommend!
