Always clean, always on time, and consistently met with positivity from staff. BFT Berwick has been an amazing experience for my fiance and her return to fitness and group training. Highly recommend these guys - you won't be disappointed! C/O Abbey :-)

In my short time as part of the BFT Berwick community, I have felt really accepted by the coaches and membership. The training suits my lifestyle, is varied, and targets key muscle groups with enough time for recovery. The sessions are also really fun! I've forged some great connections and I'm excited to see how my training progresses as part of the team!
