I have been coming to BFT Berwick for the last few weeks and I can say I love training here. The classes are progressive, great trainers and amazing community. I look forward to training these days especially in the mornings. It has been a great experience so far! I would highly recommend BFT Berwick to anyone!
Want results , this is the place to be variety of classes, cardio , strength and functional all in group set up to make it even more intresting and less boring
