Love the coaches, sessions and people Quite expensive, but it makes workouts fun
Trained here for a few days while visiting family (attend another BFT studio regularly) and it was a fantastic and welcoming environment. Trainers were all super friendly and let me slot right in (and pushed me to go harder!). Felt like a member of their community right away. Studio is super clean and tidy, with full suite of ancillary recovery offerings and great bathrooms. Highly recommend as a regular studio! (And recommend BFT more broadly)
Huge gym, great training environment and awesome vibes! Recommend!
