Love this gym! I joined a few months ago and have found the level of the trainers’ knowledge to be exceptional. The workouts are addictive and I love the variety. Honourable mention to the playlists also!
Absolutely loving BFT Bentleigh! Really enjoy the combination of strength classes and cardio classes, has really helped to improve my fitness! The coaches are all fantastic - happy to have a laugh and banter but also push you during exercises! So stoked to be a member here
