BFT Ashburton is a fantastic gym with a great atmosphere and high-quality sessions. The new owner, Shannon, is a good mate of mine and runs the place with real professionalism — you can see how hard he works to create a positive and welcoming environment. I’ve been going to Ashy BFT for a month now and I love it!!! I never thought I was a group fitness girly but I have been converted! All the staff are super friendly and helpful and always celebrating wins no matter how small! The workouts are intense but I feel so good after every single, not to mention all the members are so lovely, I have made some amazing friends already! I 100% recommend giving it a go!
Commenced training at BFT Ashburton early March. This has been a life changing experience so far! The entire BFT team at Ashburton is very experienced, dedicated, switched on and super supportive. Sessions are available throughout the day and it’s so easy to book sessions on line through the BFT app as well!
Awesome gym - excellent coaches, fun & friendly vibe. Love it!
