A pleasure to train at with attentive staff and welcoming atmosphere. Not my usual BFT but felt like it. I’m a nomad like that. Love to see all the BFTs .. also extra points for clean bathrooms!
The staff make this studio a fantastic place to train, they are very knowledgeable and motivating. I highly recommend it the sessions are always different and a challenge.
Love training at BFT Altona North. Seeing results and staying motivated. Great social atmosphere that you can opt in and out from as well! The coaches know when to push you and get the perfect balance with working hard and without ever feeling uncomfortable and overwhelmed.
