BFT is an absolute standout! The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable – always there to guide and motivate you. The classes are challenging in the best way, and the energy in the gym is second to none. The supportive, positive culture makes it easy to stay committed. Easily a 10/10 experience!
LOVE BFT! Very accomodating with options of exercises when you have injuries. Great mix of class types - love that the cardio type changes from HIIT to endurance!
BFT Albury is honestly one of the most welcoming, supportive, and uplifting places I’ve ever trained. The trainers are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but they genuinely care about you, your goals, your progress, and your well-being. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to show up, not just for the workout, but for the people! Hands down recommend it to anyone & everyone!
Where do I start?! The community is so welcoming, the coaches are amazing and the atmosphere is on point. I’ve completed over 600 classes at BFT and moved to the Albury gym full time at the end of last year, best decision ever. I have the encouragement to lift heavier now with the right technique rather than just getting staying the same. It’s incredible what the support in the gym can do! Everyone started where you are so just do it, what are you waiting for!
