BFT is an awesome community with great coaches. The classes are always fun but challenging with good variety too.
Been a member for a month now at BFT Albany creek and its great, trainers are encouraging and non judgemental even when your a beginner. Members are helpful and friendly.
Great experience all round, from owner to coaches to fellow members. Highly recommend for people of all capabilities to join this community of like minded individuals who care about their personal health and want to do so in a fun and team environment.
