I had a severe case of golfer’s elbow from rock climbing that just wouldn’t quit. It got so bad I could barely climb more than once or twice a week and never anywhere near my physical max. I tried a bunch of self rehab from online videos to no avail. Dr. Alison correctly assessed my injury and after a few weeks of rehab exercises the pain began to subside. Within three months I was back at my previous max before the pain happened and it has not come back! I keep up with some maintenance rehab to ensure it stays that way now.... read more

I would strongly and without hesitation recommend Dr. Allison. She is an excellent listener and a truly supportive partner in your healing journey. I had broken my shoulder and had already seen an orthopedist and two different physical therapists, but was still in pain. I decided to try a less "traditional" route with Dr. Allison and I am very relieved that I did. Her approach was more efficient and ultimately more effective for me. With a combination of acupuncture and targeted exercises, my muscles gradually became stronge... read more

I was at first skeptical on whether Dr. Allison could help me with my achilles tendon since I have been dealing with it for 2 years and now it was affecting my other leg. However, I was wrong, after about 4 months of weekly therapy, my achilles was significantly improved. Dr. Allison gave me exercises to do between sessions that were very helpful. She is very knowledgeable and dedicated to helping her patients get great results. I highly recommend her.

I had an ankle subtalar fusion and surgically had my achilles tendon lengthened. I was going to physical therapy and found myself frustrated with the progress I was making after 5 months. I was referred to Dr Allison by my chiropractor that had a severe ankle injury, she experienced the same frustration as me with physical therapy. She was able to go back to running pain free, needless to say that was enough for me to call Dr Allison. Dr Allison listens to your concerns to develop a program for you to be successful in meetin... read more

I was hesitant to start seeing Dr Allison because I had been to four doctors before and had months of PT. But when the knee pain became more intense and more often I called Dr Allison. It was a long road but I was committed to her program. Success came slowly but I feel so much better. I'm able to work out with no pain. She truly is different from other Dr.s. We always start our visits with a discussion of what when well that week and what caused pain then she creates a plan to address those issues. I am finally pain free th... read more
